Eligible refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they typically settle within 5–7 business days.
If the studio or your provider cannot go ahead, you always get a full refund or a free reschedule — whatever the timing, and regardless of every rule above. The deadlines on this page are about changing your own mind; they never apply when we are the ones who could not deliver.
